The Wates team and our sub-contractors would like to thank you for your continued patience whilst we have been on site at Belle Vue Crescent. Our site will close for the Christmas period on Tuesday 24 December, and will re-open in the New Year on Thursday 2 January.

External Finishes have now commenced with flagged paths and block paved drives

Please accept our apologies for the increased amount of mud on the roads near site, this is due to heavy rainfall. We are having regular visits from the road sweeper to ensure the surrounding roads are kept clean.

Ivor Goodsite

This week the Considerate Constructors mascot visited the Our Lady of Lourdes school where he entertained 45 children. The children were given the opportunity to dress up in PPE and were given Ivor Goodsite goodies.

Bat Boxes

Five bat boxes were installed on site this week as part of Code 3 in the Sustainable Homes scheme.

The first of the 13 kitchens has been installed this week marking the start of the internal finishes to the project.
